Prizes will be paid as follows: If the matching winning number for our Special Early Look Prize Event from Giveaway No. 1830 is assigned to a timely entrant from this promotion, $5,000.00 a week will be paid for life to the winner and thereafter to one other natural person designated by the winner. The winner must designate the person who will receive secondary weekly payments after the winner’s death within thirty (30) days after prize award. The secondary recipient must be alive at the time of designation, must be identified by name and address, must meet all applicable eligibility requirements and must consent in writing to receive the continuing weekly prize payments within thirty (30) days after designation. If the person is a minor, acceptance must be by parent or guardian. Designation of secondary recipient is irrevocable after acceptance. Prize payments limited to 120 years in total for original winner and secondary recipient. Winner may elect to take a lump sum cash payment in lieu of all weekly payments (in which case there would be no secondary recipient).
