- Grand Prize Drawing/Grand Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): On or about two (2) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, there will be one (1) Grand Prize Drawing performed, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the Brand selected, in order to select twelve (12) potential grand prize (“Grand Prize”) winners. The odds of being selected as a potential Grand Prize winner depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize winner, once confirmed as detailed below, will receive one (1) Nissin Backpack. The ARV of each Grand Prize is twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50). The total ARV of all Grand Prizes available to be awarded herein is one hundred and fifty dollars ($150).
- First Prize Drawings/First Prizes/ARV: On or about two (2) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, there will be three (3) First Prize Drawings performed, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, in accordance with the Brand selected upon Entry. Each First Prize Drawing has one hundred (100) first prizes (“First Prizes”) available to be awarded. Each First Prize winner, once confirmed as detailed below, will receive one (1) free coupon product applicable to the Brands’ First Prize Drawing they selected to enter. The ARV of each First Prize if you selected the “Big Cup Noodles” Brand is fifty cents ($.50). The ARV of each First Prize if you selected the “Chow Mein” Brand is one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50). The ARV of each First Prize if you selected the “Bowl Noodles Hot & Spicy” Brand is one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50). The total ARV of all First Prizes available to be awarded herein is three hundred and fifty dollars ($350).
