• Grand Prizes (58): Each Grand Prize shall consist of a trip (“Trip”) for a Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion to one of the following cities (final destination city to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion):

o Seattle, Washington
o Denver, Colorado
o Scottsdale, Arizona
o Dallas, Texas
o Miami, Florida
o New York, New York
o Washington D.C.
o Chicago, Illinois
Each Trip includes the following:
(i) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of sponsor’s choice (exact accommodations to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion);
(ii) $250 gift certificate to a restaurant of Sponsor’s choice; and
(iii) two (2) tickets for an event or activity in the destination city (exact event and activity to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,000.00 USD. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $116,000.00 USD. Use of the Grand Prize must happen by no later than December 31, 2016. Transportation is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and must be paid by the Grand Prize Winner.
