The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to be used by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards which is scheduled to take place on August 30, 2015 (the “Event”). The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, California. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of San Diego, California, (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between the hotel and Event , iii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor) in Los Angeles, California for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iv) two (2) tickets to the Event.
Weekly Prizes (15 total): Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive a VMA Style Pack consisting of (i) one (1) T-shirt, one, (ii) (1) water bottle, (iii) one (1) pair of sunglasses and (iv) an assortment of CLEAN & CLEAR® products (MORNING BURST® Facial Cleanser, Deep Action Exfoliating Scrub and Makeup Dissolving Facial Cleansing Wipes) (collectively, the “Weekly Prize(s)”
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,649.00, depending on time of travel and departure and the ARV of each Weekly Prize is $55.57.
