PRIZES
a. Three (3) Contestant Prizes will be awarded. The Contestant Prize is a trip for two [for Contestant and one (1) “Guest”] to the Milwaukee/Green Bay, Wisconsin area to participate in the Contest on September 3, 2016 (the period of time encompassing any aspect of the trip is sometimes referred to as the “Trip”). Trip includes round trip coach air travel for Contest and Guest on an airline selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Air travel will not be provided for any Contest with a residential address within 200 miles of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Air travel will be to/from a major regional airport (as determined by the Sponsor) to Milwaukee or Green Bay, WI on an itinerary determined by Sponsor; up to three nights double occupancy hotel accommodation (September 1st, 2nd, and 3rd); roundtrip ground transportation between the Milwaukee / Green Bay airport, hotel and Lambeau Field; $1000 spending money (total) which can be used for meals and incidentals; two (2) tickets to the Game. . Each recipient of a prize in this Promotion will be issued a 1099 for the actual cash value of their prize. Travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or its designee. If the Contestant cannot travel on date(s) specified by the Sponsor, the Contestant may be disqualified, and an alternate Qualifier may be selected (time permitting) at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
b. Two (2) Ticket Prizes will be awarded. The Ticket Prize is two tickets to the Game and five hundred dollars ($500) (total). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Ticket Prize is Seven Hundred Twenty Dollars ($720).
All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, tips and entertainment are the responsibility of the Contestant or Ticket Prize winner as the case may
be. Sponsor will determine itinerary, hotel, and airline, if applicable, in its sole discretion for Contestant. No travel or accommodations are provided for Ticket Prize winners. The Contestant and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Airline, hotel and government regulations apply. The Guest will be required to sign Sponsor’s Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. Guest must be age 18 or older (or a child for whom Contestant is the parent or legal guardian). The ARV of each Contestant Prize is Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($3,800).
