Step 2: Select your game.
For Entry Period 1 through Entry Period 16: Select your “Ultimate NFL Weekend Match-Up Game” for the corresponding Entry Period (ex: New Orleans Saints vs. Cleveland Browns on September 14, 2014). If you are selected as the Ultimate NFL Weekend Prize winner for the corresponding Entry Period, you could choose to attend the Game you selected at the time of Entry, or you could choose to attend any NFL Game occurring on the dates identified in Rule #3 for the corresponding Entry Period. See Rule #3 for Entry Periods and NFL Game dates.
For Entry Period 17: Select the NFC Championship Game or the AFC Championship Game. If you are selected as the Conference Championship Trip Prize winner, you could choose to attend the NFC Champions Game or the AFC Champion Game scheduled to take place on January 18, 2014.
Step 3: Complete and submit the online entry form.
For Entry Period 1 though Entry Period 16: Upon submitting your Entry, you will receive one (1) Entry into the Favorite Team Prize Drawing corresponding to your Favorite Team and one (1) Entry into the Ultimate NFL Weekend Prize Drawing.
For Entry Period 17: Upon submitting your Entry, you will receive one (1) Entry into the Conference Championship Trip Drawing.
Bonus Entry: Upon submitting your Entry as outlined above, you will receive the opportunity to play the “Uprights for Whatever” Game. For Entry Period 1 through Entry Period 16: Upon completing the Uprights for Whatever Game, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Favorite Team Prize Drawing corresponding to your Favorite Team and one (1) additional Entry into the Ultimate NFL Weekend Prize Drawing. For Entry Period 17: Upon completing the Uprights for Whatever Game, you will receive one (1) additional Entry into the Conference Championship Trip Drawing.
Limit one (1) Entry and one (1) Bonus Entry per person per Entry Period.
Favorite Team Prize Drawing: Entry Period 1 though Entry Period 16: One (1) winner for each Favorite Team will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed in Rule #3 from among all eligible Entries received for each Favorite Team. Limit one (1) Favorite Team Prize per person.
Ultimate NFL Weekend Prize Drawing: Entry Period 1 through Entry Period 16: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed in Rule #3 from among all eligible Entries received for the corresponding Entry Period. Limit one (1) Ultimate NFL Weekend Prize per person.
Conference Championship Trip Drawing: Entry Period 17: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about the Drawing Date listed in Rule #3 from among all eligible Entries received for Entry Period 17.
For all drawings: Entries do not carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods.
FAVORITE TEAM PRIZE (512, 32 [1 per Favorite Team] per Entry Period 1 through Entry Period 16): Four (4) tickets to a 2014 regular-season game of winner’s choice for the Favorite Team selected at the time of Entry for the corresponding Entry Period (excluding regular-season games played outside of the United States). For Entry Periods 14, 15, and 16 winners may select a 2015 regular-season game of corresponding to their Favorite Team (excluding regular-season games played outside of the United States) in lieu of a 2014 regular-season game. Favorite Team game date is subject to availability and change. Seating assignments are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and is subject to availability and change. Transportation, parking, accommodations, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Tickets will be at venue Will Call on the day of the game under the winner’s name. In order to claim prize, winner may be required to present a driver’s license at venue Will Call. Winner and guests must abide by all venue policies. Sponsor and/or venue operator reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Sponsor and/or into disrepute. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,600.00.
ULTIMATE NFL WEEKEND PRIZE (16, 1 per Entry Period): A trip for winner and three (3) guests to an “Ultimate NFL Weekend Match-Up Game” of winner’s choice. Winner may choose to attend the Game he/she selected at the time of Entry, or you could choose to attend any NFL Game occurring on the dates identified in Rule #3 for the corresponding Entry Period. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (two [2] rooms), ground transportation to/from airport, hotel, and Game in the city where the Game is being played, four (4) tickets to the Game, one (1) $400.00 gift card to the NFL Team’s Pro Shop at the stadium, $400.00 in Stadium Cash, and $1,000.00 spending money (awarded in the form of four [4] $250.00 pre-paid debit cards). Game date is subject to availability and change. Seating assignments are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and is subject to availability and change. Travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, at a later day. ARV: $15,000.00.
CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP TRIP PRIZE (1 for Entry Period 17): A trip for winner and three (3) guests to the NFC Conference Championship game or AFC Conference Championship game of winner’s choice scheduled to take place on January 18, 2015 (the “Conference Championship Game”). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (two [2] rooms), ground transportation to/from airport, hotel, and Game in the city where the Game is being played, four (4) tickets to the Conference Championship Game, $400.00 in Stadium Cash, and $1,000.00 spending money (awarded in the form of four [4] $250.00 pre-paid debit cards). Game date is subject to availability and change. Seating assignments are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and is subject to availability and change. Travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, at a later day. ARV: $22,000.00.
Applicable to all Ultimate NFL Weekend Prizes and the Conference Championship Trip Prize: Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver’s license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. NFL Team’s Pro Shop gift card (for Ultimate NFL Weekend Prizes); Stadium Cash; and pre-paid debit cards are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. Ground transportation (other than as stated above), meals, gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility.
