You are a member of the settlement class if, between August 17, 2008, and October 2, 2014, you purchased, in the United States, except for purposes of resale, certain Ghirardelli Products. A complete list of the Products covered by the settlement is provided on the [Products](http://www.whitechipssettlement.com/products) page. You will receive $1.50 for each bag of White Chips that you purchased between August 17, 2008 and October 2, 2014. You will also receive $0.75 for every other purchase of one of the Products between August 17, 2008 and October 2, 2014. Your total recovery will be limited to $24.00 per household -thanks Shayna
