[Register for JCPenney Rewards here,](https://www.jcpenney.com/jsp/profile/secure/login.jsp?isfromMyAccount=true&cm_) then download their [app for iOS](https://itunes.apple.com/app/apple-store/id925338276?mt=8) or [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jcp). On the JCPenney app, a box will pop up that [looks like this](https://www.freestufftimes.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/IMG_0047.png). Enter your phone or email that you used to sign up for JCPenney Rewards to get the points. It takes a few days or so for it to work.
