Prizes:<\/b>
\nSweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the Galapagos
\nIsland. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2)
\nfrom a major airport near winner\u2019s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole
\ndiscretion) to Ecuador Galapagos Island; four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel
\ndetermined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy);
\nground transportation to and from airport and hotel; a five (5) day Darwin’s
\nFootprints Two Island Itinerary (includes paddling, snorkeling, hiking); $1,000
\nspending money; travel agent services; and Jerky for a year (awarded in the form of
\ntwelve (12) eight (8) count 3.25 ounce jerky). Winner must complete the trip within
\none (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Winner must travel on
\nthe dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited.
\nNotwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel
\ndates acceptable to winner. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior
\nto departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout
\ndates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary
\nin its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the
\ncancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set
\nforth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor\u2019s airline carrier of
\nchoice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel
\ncosts not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited
\nto, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties,
\nairline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal
\ncharges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility
\nsolely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18)
\nyears of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling\/friend of winner with the
\nappropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and
\nat the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his\/her state of residence,
\ntravel companion must be winner\u2019s parent\/legal guardian. Travel companion must
\nexecute liability\/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and
\ntravel companions are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other
\ndocuments necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and
\nlimitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to
\nwinner\u2019s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for
\nround trip air travel at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost,
\nmutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not
\nresponsible if an activity is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which
\nevent that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be
\nprovided except as in Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d):
