\nDaily Entry Period: A daily challenge will be posted Sunday through Friday of each week during the Promotion (“Daily Entry Period”). Each day, Sunday through Friday, of the Daily Entry Period, espnW will issue a photographic challenge at #98daystoshine. To enter the Promotion, upload a photo to your Instagram or Twitter account and include the hashtag #98daystoshine and the applicable day (e.g., #day1) as indicated on that day’s challenge tile uploaded to the account @espnW or as seen on espnw.com\/98days (for example, the first day’s entry would be sent to #98daystoshine #day1).<\/p>\n

You must be at least 13 years of age or older to submit a photo.<\/p>\n

Daily Prize Winner Determination: The prize for the daily challenge will be a t-shirt. At the end of each day, Sunday through Friday, of the Promotion, the judges will choose the photo from among all eligible Entries received for the respective Daily Entry Period which, in their determination, best fits the daily challenge as set forth below. A “day” is defined as a 24-hour period beginning at 10:00:00 AM ET and ending at 9:59:00 am the following day. The judges will consist of espnW staff and the Administrator (the “Judges”). Judging will be based on the following criteria: Spirit of the Contest (50%), Style (25%), and Creativity (25%). The Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.<\/p>\n

Athlete Prize Winner: The Athlete Prize Winner will be chosen using the same criteria as the Daily Prize Winner. The Athlete Prize Winner will receive a t-shirt as well as the opportunity to participate in a live chat with that week’s athlete, if available. If the athlete is not available, the Athlete Prize Winner will instead receive a signed piece of sports memorabilia that either relates to the athlete or to the athlete’s sport.<\/p>\n

Weekly Prize Winner: One Weekly Prize Winner will be chosen from the Daily Prize Winners for each week of the Promotion. The Weekly Prize Winner will receive an iPod Nano. The Weekly Prize Winner will be chosen by the Judges based on their determination of the best photo of the week using the same criteria as set forth in the Daily Prize Winner section above.<\/p>\n

Grand Prize Winner: On August 13, 2013, a Grand Prize Winner will be chosen based on the greatest number of Entries made throughout the Promotion Period. In the case of a tie, Judges will use the criteria set forth in the Daily Prize Winner section above to determine a winner. In the event there is still a tie, the Grand Prize Winner will be chosen based on the highest score for Spirit of the Contest. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament. In the event that any entrant submits more than one Entry on any given day, those Entries will be counted together as only one Entry.<\/p>\n

All prize winners will be notified via their Instagram or Twitter account.<\/p>\n

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):<\/p>\n

Daily Prizes: A Sponsor selected t-shirt (ARV: $24 each). The total ARV for all Daily Prizes is $2,352. Daily Prize Winners will be notified by receiving a tweet from @espnW or a comment on Instagram from @espnW.<\/p>\n

Athlete Prizes: The winner of each Athlete Prize will be invited to participate in a chat with that week’s athlete, depending on athlete availability, plus a t-shirt. If the athlete is not available to participate in a live chat, then the winner will receive signed memorabilia that is either related to the athlete or to the athlete’s sport (ARV: $24 each). The total ARV for all Athlete Prizes is $216. Each Athlete Prize Winner will be notified the day following the applicable athlete challenge by receiving a tweet from @espnW or a comment on Instagram from@espnW.<\/p>\n

Weekly Prize: The Weekly Prize Winner will receive an iPod Nano (ARV: $150). Total ARV: $2,250. Weekly Prize Winners will be notified on the Monday following the selection of each Weekly Prize Winner by receiving a tweet from @espnW or a comment on Instagram from @espnW.<\/p>\n

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament in New York City from August 27-29, 2013. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to a New York City area airport, three day, two night double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) in New York City and ground transfers to\/from the airport\/hotel\/venue. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, souvenirs, food, entertainment and transfers, are winner’s sole responsibility. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary depending on winner’s city of departure. Travel, hotel and other arrangements to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Winner and his\/her guest must travel together and on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any\/all necessary documents (including, but not limited to, valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. If the Grand Prize Winner chooses not to take a guest, then the guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. Other travel\/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on the dates and times designated by Sponsor or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if the winner lives within a 150 mile radius of New York, NY and no additional compensation will be provided for the air transportation portion of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays. Grand Prize ARV: $3,450.<\/p>\n
