\n1 Show us your best dish styled from the sparkling plate up!
\n2 Show us your best bite and most creative use of sparkling silverware!
\n3 Before the first sip, show us your best beverage in sparkling glasses!
\n4 Show us your sparkling tablescape for the upcoming summer celebrations!
\nThe Grand Prize Submission Phase will encompass all of the Submissions.<\/p>\n

Photo Guidelines:
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must be in .jpg, .png or .gif format;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must contain #myplatinum;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not exceed 5 MB in size;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must contain a title and description;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission’s title and description must be in English; and
\n\uf0b7 The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind
\nor exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
\nContent Restrictions:
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another\u2019s
\nrights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights,
\nor that constitutes copyright infringement;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or
\nparty affiliated with the Contest;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those
\nowned by Sponsor, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate in
\nhis\/her Submission in this Contest;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by entrant;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not contain images of alcohol or alcoholic beverages;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene,
\nhateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or
\nharm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race,
\ngender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
\n\uf0b7 The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.<\/p>\n

Weekly Judging Phase: During the Weekly Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the two (2) entrants with the highest-scoring Submissions from among all eligible Submissions received from each Weekly Submission Phase based on the following criteria (\u201cJudging Criteria\u201d):
\n\uf0b7 Applicability to Weekly Theme (30%);
\n\uf0b7 Brand Representation (30%);
\n\uf0b7 Shows Product Benefits (25%);
\n\uf0b7 Entry Includes #myplatinum (15%)
\nIn the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score for Brand Representation, as determined by the qualified judges, in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable Finalist. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than two (2) potential winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.<\/p>\n

Grand Prize Judging Phase: During the Grand Prize Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the one (1) entrant with the highest-scoring Submission from among all eligible Submissions received from the Grand Prize Submission Phase based on the following criteria (\u201cJudging Criteria\u201d):

\n\uf0b7 Brand Representation (30%);
\n\uf0b7 Shows Product Benefits (25%);
\n\uf0b7 Entry Includes #myplatinum (15%)
\nIn the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score for Brand Representation, as determined by the qualified judges, in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable Finalist. Sponsor reserves the right not to select a potential winner, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions. The potential Grand Prize Submission Phase winner will be selected from the non-winning Weekly Submission Phase Submissions via the Judging Criteria listed above.<\/p>\n
