\nFor dish subscribers<\/p>\n

Daily Prize Drawings: One (1) daily-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all
\n\u00a0eligible entries received for each Daily Prize Period, for a total of thirty (30) daily prize winners over the
\n\u00a0course of the entire Sweepstakes. Each drawing will take place within approximately seven (7) business
\n\u00a0days after the close of the applicable Daily Prize Period.
\n\u00a0Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) grand-prize winner, three (3) first-prize winners, ten (10) second-prize
\n\u00a0winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the
\n\u00a0Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about June 6, 2013.<\/p>\n

\u00a0First Prizes: If properly claimed, one (1) first-prize package will be awarded to each of the three (3) firstprize winners. Each first-prize package consists solely of the following: one (1) Samsung 55\u201d HDTV and
\n\u00a0one (1) CineMate Series II digital home theater speaker system. The ARV of each first-prize package is
\n\u00a0$1,500.
\n\u00a0Second Prizes: If properly claimed, one (1) second-prize package will be awarded to each of the ten (10)
\n\u00a0second-prize winners. Each second-prize package consists solely of the following: one (1) 16GB, Wi-Fionly Apple iPad mini tablet computer and one (1) pair of Beats by Dre wireless on-ear headphones. The
\n\u00a0ARV of each first-prize package is $608.
\n\u00a0Daily Prizes: If properly claimed, each of the thirty (30) daily prize winners will receive a randomly
\n\u00a0selected prize from among items then remaining in the available pool of daily prizes (the \u201cDaily Prize
\n\u00a0Pool\u201d). At start of the Sweepstakes, the Daily Prize Pool will consist solely of the following available
\n\u00a0prizes: ten (10) 16GB, Wi-Fi-only Apple iPad mini tablet computers (ARV of each: $329), ten (10)
\n\u00a0CineMate Series II digital home theater speaker systems (ARV of each: $500), and ten (10) Samsung 46\u201d
