Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner&#8217;s home within the U.S. to Negril, Jamaica (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard accommodation for seven (7) nights\/eight (8) days (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), meal plan, domestic beverages, $1,000.00 USD spending money (awarded in the form of a check payable to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner) for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner, and $3,000.00 USD (awarded in the form of a check payable to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner) which Winner may use towards payment of applicable income taxes. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including ground transportation, premium alcoholic beverages, gratuities, travel documents, tax, personal expenses and all other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events after ticketing of trip for any reason whatsoever beyond its control. Transportation and accommodations are subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Air travel must be booked and taken for the dates provided by the Sponsor. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize will be forfeited if Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on designated dates. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and\/or travel documents (e.g. a valid Passport) required for travel. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and guest must sign and return a release of liability\/publicity prior to ticketing of trip. If Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner is eligible, but a minor in his\/her state of residence, he\/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events); parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation. If Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner&#8217;s guest is a minor, Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner must be the parent or legal guardian of guest who must sign and return all required documentation. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and\/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver&#8217;s license) required for travel. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor&#8217;s sole and absolute discretion. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.<\/p>\n<p>Approximate retail value (\u201cARV\u201d) of Sweepstakes Grand Prize: USD $12,000.00, depending on Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner&#8217;s point of departure and airfare fluctuations.
