The Game includes three (3) separate Sections (\u201cSections\u201d), and a Player may participate in any one (1), or more, of the Sections, provided that such Player completes his or her Registration and properly submits his or her Section entry prior to the applicable Section Entry deadline as set forth below. The Game Sections are as follows:
\n\u00a0Field of 64: The Field of 64 Section consists of all 63 games of the Tournament and is comprised of six (6) individual bracket rounds of play (\u201cRounds\u201d). Player\u2019s Field of 64 Entry (as defined below) must identify the college basketball teams that Player determines will advance through the applicable Rounds, which includes the selection of the overall winner of the Tournament, from the entire starting field of 64 college basketball teams, Player\u2019s Total Score Prediction and Total Rebound Prediction (as defined below) (collectively, the \u201cField of 64 Entry\u201d). Player may submit up to five (5) unique bracket predictions in connection with Player\u2019s Field of 64 Entry; provided, that only Player\u2019s highest scoring bracket as determined by these Official Rules will be eligible to win a prize in connection with this Game. To participate in the Field of 64 Section, Player must submit his or her Field of 64 Entry at any time between March 17, 2013 and March 21, 2013, but in no event later than the official \u201ctip-off time\u201d (Eastern Time) of the first basketball game of the Tournament (\u201cField of 64 Deadline\u201d) (See Tournament Deadline Schedule below).<\/p>\n

\u00a0Second Chance Bracket: The Second Chance Bracket Section consists of the 15 games remaining in the Tournament after the conclusion of the Tournament\u2019s first and second-round games and is comprised of four (4) Rounds. The Player\u2019s Second Chance Bracket Entry (as defined below) must identify the college basketball teams that Player determines will advance through the applicable Rounds, which includes the selection of the overall winner of the Tournament, from the applicable 16 college basketball teams, Player\u2019s Total Score Prediction and Total Rebound Prediction (as defined below) (collectively, the \u201cSecond Chance Bracket Entry\u201d). To participate in the Second Chance Bracket Section, Player must submit his or her Second Chance Bracket Entry at any time between March 25, 2013 and March 28, 2013, but in no event later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the official \u201ctip-off time\u201d (Eastern Time) of the first basketball game in the Second Chance Bracket Section (\u201cSecond Chance Bracket Deadline\u201d) (See Tournament Deadline Schedule below).<\/p>\n

\u00a0Last Chance Bracket: The Last Chance Bracket Section consists of the final three (3) games remaining in the Tournament and is comprised of 2 Rounds. The Player\u2019s Last Chance Bracket Entry (as defined below) must identify the college basketball teams that Player determines will advance through the applicable Rounds, which includes the selection of the overall winner of the Tournament, from the applicable 4 college basketball teams, Player\u2019s Total Score Prediction and Total Rebound Prediction (as defined below) (collectively, the \u201cLast Chance Bracket Entry\u201d). To participate in the Last Chance Bracket Section, Player must submit his or her Last Chance Bracket Entry at any time between April 1, 2013 and April 6, 2013, but in no event later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the official \u201ctip-off time\u201d (Eastern Time) of the first basketball game in the Last Chance Bracket Section (\u201cLast Chance Bracket Deadline\u201d) (See Tournament Deadline Schedule below).<\/p>\n

\u00a0The Field of 64 Entry, Second Chance Bracket Entry, and Last Chance Bracket Entry are sometimes referred to herein, individually and\/or collectively, as a \u201cSection Entry\u201d. In order for any Section Entry to be valid, Player must indicate his or her acceptance of these Official Game Rules in the manner indicated at the time of submission of the Section Entry. All Player data will be used to administer the Game and for other Sponsor promotions. All Player data is proprietary to Sponsor and will not be used for third party solicitations. Lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries are not eligible and will be destroyed.
