In the event winner lives within a 150-mile radius of the Sponsor-specified city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Actual value of the Final Four Matchup prize trip may vary due to winner&#8217;s residence, dates of travel and fares at time of travel. Additional publicity releases may be required. If Prize Winner cannot accept prize, he\/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined. Sponsor will determine the location, time, date and duration of the meet and greet with Jay Bilas.
