Grand Prize trip includes:
\n\u2022 Four (4) participant tickets to the selected Tough Mudder event for Grand Prize Winner and his or her guests (subject to availability, Grand Prize Winner and\/or guests may elect to receive a spectator pass to the Tough Mudder event in place of a participant ticket);
\n\u2022 Round trip coach air transportation for Winner and three (3) guests from a major metropolitan airport near the Winner\u2019s home to a major metropolitan airport near chosen event location;
\n\u2022 Three (3) days and two (2) nights, single-room, quadruple-occupancy hotel accommodations near event location (meals, tips, spa services, gift shop, room service, excursions (unless arranged by Sponsor) and any other optional expenses are not included); and
\n\u2022 $860 cash (payable in the form of a check issued to the Grand Prize Winner) to use for transportation to \/ from airport to hotel and hotel to event.<\/p>\n

Approximate Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d) of Grand Prize: $4,360. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary based on selected Tough Mudder event and location of Grand Prize Winner\u2019s home.<\/p>\n

Grand Prize Winner and guests must be able to travel to a 2013 Tough Mudder event weekend (Friday-Sunday) on the list of events provided above. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the overall travel time frame or designated travel dates. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unable to take advantage of or declines the Grand Prize, Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner and no compensation or substitution will be provided.<\/p>\n

All other expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her guests. Trip reservations must be made prior to planned arrival. Hotel accommodations will be selected and arranged by Administrator. Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests must travel on the same itinerary. Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility\/Release of Liability and Travel Form before any ticketing of travel occurs. Travel and lodging are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. If Grand Prize Winner lives within one hundred (100) miles of the selected event location, round trip ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor\u2019s discretion, and cash difference will not be awarded. If the Tough Mudder event is cancelled or postponed for any reason after travel is arranged, balance of the trip will be awarded in full satisfaction of prize and no additional prize will be awarded. All details of the Grand Prize shall be determined solely by Sponsor. In the event Grand Prize Winner and\/or guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion) is inappropriate, threatening, or illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize Winner and\/or his or her guests home with no further compensation.<\/p>\n

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive a Tough Mudder prize pack consisting of a T-shirt with the Tough Mudder logo, full zip hooded sweatshirt, Tough Mudder branded water bottle, Tough Mudder bumper sticker, two (2) packages of BIC\u00ae Flex4\u00ae and two (2) packages of BIC\u00ae Hybrid Advance\u00ae 4. Contents of prize pack are subject to availability.\u00a0 ARV of each First Prize is $128. (ARV of all First Prizes: $640.)<\/p>\n
