\n\u00a0Visit www.WorkForWill.com<\/a> (\u201cPromotion Site\u201d)and: (i) watch the posted Promotion introduction video; (ii) follow the instructions to customize yourvirtual Nokia Lumia 920 from AT&T start screen by: (a) connecting through Facebook to pre-populate apps the best fit your likes on Facebook or bypass and manually select the apps you want to use from the apps provided; (iii) complete the Promotion\u2019s entry form; and (iv) follow the instructions to process celebrity reaction video based on your information and selections provided in (ii) above (\u201cCelebrity Reaction Video\u201d). Entry is a virtual demo only. No phone required. Customizing your virtual phone is free. Once entrant agrees to accept the Celebrity Reaction Video entrant will receive one (1) entry into Promotion and will be given instructions on how to share their entry with friends and members of the public in order to be considered for Online Finalist (hereinafter defined) designation.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Public Voting for Online Finalist Determination:
\n\u00a0Entrants are encouraged to share their Entry with friends and other members of the public (\u201cOnline Viewers\u201d) as specified in Section 5 herein. Throughout the Promotion Period the shared Entries will have the opportunity to be voted on by the Online Viewers (\u201cVoting Period\u201d). On or about January 18, 2013, the fifty (50) Entries with the most votes received from Online Viewers will be declared the online finalists<\/p>\n

\u00a0Judging for Winner Determination:
\n\u00a0The five (5) Semi-Finalists will be judged by representatives of AT&T (\u201cJudges\u201d) based on the judging criteria specified herein to determine the one (1) Winner. The Semi- Finalist Entries will be judged on the following criteria: (i) the degree to which applications for the start screen chosen and the corresponding content in the Celebrity Response Video represent Entrant’s interests (33.3%); (ii) creativity of application arrangement (33.3%); and (iii) logic supporting the application arrangement (33.3%) (\u201cJudging Criteria\u201d) and the one (1) Semi-Finalist with the highest score will be deemed the potential Winner.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Winner (\u201cGuest\u201d) to Los Angeles, California (\u201dDestination\u201d) to spend a day in the position of \u201cWill\u2019s Assistant For a Day\u201d, currently scheduled to take place during or around February 2013, but subject to change (the \u201cTrip Package\u201d). The Trip Package will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor\u2019s choice near Winner\u2019s primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value (\u201cARV\u201d) of $1,200; (ii) round trip ground transportation of Sponsor\u2019s choice for Winner and Guest between airport and hotel at Destination and between hotel and assistant events, with an ARV of up to $200; (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with a nightly rate not to exceed $400 totaling an ARV of $800; (iv) one (1) $300 Mastercard gift card [Redeemable wherever Mastercard is accepted] for Winner; and (v) one (1) Nokia Lumia 920, with an ARV of up to $659.96; The position of \u201cWill\u2019s Assistant\u201d will consist of spending one day (defined as a minimum of eight (8) hours) shadowing Will Arnett as he performs various activities, the nature and timing of which are subject to the discretion of Sponsor; collectively (the \u201cPrize\u201d or \u201cPrizes\u201d).Winner will not be required or requested to perform any work for Will Arnett.
