\nThe Sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older) on the date of entry and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the following Tribune television viewing markets (the \u201cEligible Tribune Markets\u201d): New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, Dallas, TX, Washington D.C., Houston, TX, Seattle, WA, Miami, FL, Sacramento, CA, Portland, OR, Indianapolis, IN, San Diego, CA, Hartford, CT, Grand Rapids, MI, Harrisburg, PA, and New Orleans, LA (\u201cEntrant\u201d).
\nYou may enter the Sweepstakes only one (1) time per day during the Entry Period. In order to enter:

Entrants may watch \u201cTwo and a Half Men\u201d (the \u201cShow\u201d) in the Eligible Tribune Markets (each of which shall be defined as an \u201cAffiliate\u201d) weekdays starting October 1, 2012, through and until October 12, 2012 (check your local listing for time of broadcast) (the \u201cContest Period\u201d). Each episode of the Show during the Contest Period will contain an on-screen keyword (\u201cKeyword\u201d). Viewers will be directed to log on to their applicable Affiliate\u2019s Facebook page or website (collectively, the \u201cWebsite\u201d) for a chance to win a Daily Prize and be entered to win a Weekly Prize and\/or the Grand Prize.
\n\u00a0B. Go to the Sweepstakes entry page on the Web Site (\u201cEntry Page\u201d) and provide the following information:
\n\u00a0\u2022 Entrant\u2019s first name, last name, e-mail address, birth date and daytime telephone number (\u201cPersonal Information\u201d).
\n\u00a0\u2022 Enter the Keyword related to the Show. If any entry includes an incorrect Keyword that entry will be disqualified.
\n\u00a0\u2022 Check the box on the Entry Page acknowledging that Entrant is at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in such Entrant\u2019s state (whichever is older) and resides in one of the Eligible Tribune Markets.
