\nThe BIC Back-to-School Clear the List Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska) as of date of entry (each and “Entrant”). The prize will only be awarded to a teacher who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska), and who is a current full-time educator employed at a public or private elementary, middle, or high school (the “Eligible Teacher”).<\/p>\n

Twenty (20) prizes are available to be awarded (each, a “Prize”). Each verified winner will receive one (1) $500 digital Gift Card.
