\n\u00a0room, double occupancy); a makeover by Stila celebrity makeup stylist, Sarah Lucero, hair
\n\u00a0styled at celebrity stylist, Ken Paves’ Salon, and dressed and styled by celebrity brand, Alice
\n\u00a0+ Olivia; two (2) tickets to an after-party (party determined by Sponsor in its sole
\n\u00a0discretion); Tour for two (2) of E! Entertainment studios; tickets for two (2) to a taping of E!
\n\u00a0Fashion Police; two (2) dinners and two (2) lunches for two (2) at Hollywood restaurants
\n\u00a0(restaurant and menu determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); $1,000 worth of Stila
\n\u00a0makeup products; a visit for two (2) to the Stila headquarters and opportunity to meet the
\n\u00a0Stila team (Stila team members determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); create your
\n\u00a0own Stila product to be sold exclusively at Ulta Beauty; get your own “Stila Girl” designed;
\n\u00a0ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and $8,571 that winner can use toward
\n\u00a0taxes. Winner must depart on September 21, 2012 and return on September 24, 2012 or
\n\u00a0prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts
\n\u00a0to select travel dates acceptable to winner Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will
\n\u00a0determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will
\n\u00a0be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations
\n\u00a0are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this
\n\u00a0Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor\u2019s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the
\n\u00a0passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in
\n\u00a0the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals,
\n\u00a0incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees,
\n\u00a0service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other
\n\u00a0expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion
\n\u00a0must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling\/friend of
