One (1) Winner: Prize includes: One (1) 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD (“Vehicle”). Color to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (subject to availability). Accessories and options may vary. In the unlikely instance that the Vehicle cannot be procured within 3 months, an alternate Nissan vehicle model of equal or greater value than the intended prize may be substituted by the Sponsor for the winner. (Vehicles pictured in any advertising surrounding the Sweepstakes may not be the actual Vehicle awarded and are for representation only. Prize will be arranged by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion.)
\nMSRP is $45,000 USD. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Vehicle will be at least $45,000 USD. In addition, the total ARV includes a thirty (30) percent “tax assistance payment” for a US winner only, regardless of the winner’s tax bracket, to be used by the Prize winner to offset taxes, and other expenses incurred in connection with receipt of the prize, even if the “tax assistance payment” is insufficient to cover the winner’s tax liability.
