\nAges 6-11 (or the parent of a child age 6-11)
\nGrand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and up to three guests (one of which whom must be the parent of GP Winner) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner submitted a recipe along with his\/her Entry, his\/her recipe will be digitally inserted within an \u201ciCarly\u201d episode to be solely determined by Sponsor. Trip Package includes: roundtrip coach airfare for up to four persons from the major commercial airport nearest the GP Winner\u2019s residence to Los Angeles, CA; 3-nights hotel accommodations at hotel of Sponsor\u2019s choice (two rooms, double occupancy); round trip ground transportation between airport, hotel and the set of a Nickelodeon live-action series (to be determined at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion and subject to production schedules); and $1,500 in spending money for GP Winner only. (ARV: $5,450). Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare\/rate fluctuations. Any person that participates in the Trip Package that is not deemed to be one of the Guests must pay his\/her own expenses. GP Winner and his\/her Guests must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. The Trip Package is subject to certain restrictions.<\/p>\n

If GP Winner resides within a sixty (60) mile radius of Los Angeles, CA (a \u201clocal resident\u201d), in lieu of the round trip air transportation portion of the Trip Package, GP Winner and Guests will receive round-trip limousine transportation of Sponsor\u2019s choice for Winner and his\/her Guests between Winner\u2019s residence, the hotel and the set. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize.<\/p>\n

GP Winner and his\/her Guests must possess United States government-approved travel documents and be willing to sign any other legal documents required by Sponsor or Administrator and travel on the same itinerary. Exact travel times and arrangements are subject to availability and blackout periods. Travel must be completed on a date to be provided by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Trip Package. Except as indicated in the Trip Package, all meals, taxes, gratuities, travel insurance, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, incidentals (including mini-bar), phone charges, merchandise, souvenirs and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the GP Winner and Guests. GP Winner and Guests must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a major credit card. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any mechanical difficulties or failure connected with any Prize, or any act or omission whatsoever. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for any Prize is allowed except at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a Prize or Prize component with a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize. Unused components of the Trip Package have no redeemable cash value. All airline tickets issued in connection with the Trip Package are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, up grades and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.<\/p>\n

In the event that a Potential Winner chooses not to accept his\/her prize, or is unable to be notified, an alternate Potential Winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible Entries. If the GP Winner elects to travel or participate in the Trip Package with more than three (3) Guests, such additional guest(s) shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with such participation. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items, once they are in GP Winner\u2019s possession, will not be replaced. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Travel must be roundtrip. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the Trip Package. If a stopover occurs, the Trip Package will terminate and the GP Winner and his\/her Guests will be responsible for the full fare which will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Airline and flight itinerary will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed and\/or unused Trip Package or element thereof will be forfeited by and will remain the property of Sponsor. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor\u2019s air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier. In the event the GP Winner and\/or his or her Guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send GP Winner and\/or his or her Guests home with no further compensation.
