\nAWARDING OF CONTEST PRIZES. By or about 9\/20\/12 the submitted contest entries will have been judged by a panel of American Way magazine editors, whose decisions will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest, based on the following criteria: (i) creativity\/originality (35%); (ii) clarity of expression and relevance to the questions asked (20%); (iii) description of entrant\u2019s travel experiences (20%); and (iv) frequency of travel in the calendar year 2011 (25%). In case of a tie, the tie will be broken using the score for creativity\/originality.
