\nOne (1) First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize winner (each a \u201cWeekly Winner\u201d) will be selected in a random drawing (each a \u201cWeekly Drawing\u201d) from all eligible entries received each Sweepstakes Week. One (1) Grand Prize winner (\u201cGrand Prize Winner\u201d) will be selected in a random drawing (\u201cGrand Prize Drawing\u201d) from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize Drawing will take place on or about August 21, 2012.<\/p>\n

For each Sweepstakes Week, the following First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize (each a \u201cWeekly Prize\u201d) will be awarded:
\n\u00b7 One (1) First Prize: a Nook Tablet\u2122 (8 GB) and First Prize winner\u2019s choice of one of the following Pimsleur Unlimited programs: Spanish, French, German or Italian. Approximate retail value (\u201cARV\u201d) of each First Prize: $549.00.
\n\u00b7 One (1) Second Prize: $100 gift card to Barnes & Noble.
\n\u00b7 One (1) Third Prize: $50 gift card to Barnes & Noble.<\/p>\n

ARV of each Sweepstakes\u2019 Week\u2019s total prizes: $699. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person. Weekly Winners are still eligible for the Grand Prize.<\/p>\n

One Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) a gift card in the amount of $2,500 for a Sponsor-selected airline carrier, which Grand Prize Winner is encouraged to apply to international travel and (ii) a Nook Tablet\u2122 (8 GB) and Grand Prize winner\u2019s choice of one of the following Pimsleur Unlimited programs: Spanish, French, German or Italian (ARV: $549.00).<\/p>\n

ARV of Grand Prize: $3,049. Gift card terms and any policies or other terms of airline carrier apply. Winner is solely responsible for all travel expenses regarding use of the gift card prize, including without limitation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, tips, gratuities, taxes, etc., and for securing all documentation necessary for international travel.<\/p>\n
