\nOne (1) Grand Prize: One (1) 2025 custom-designed lithium-ion golf cart with accessories (six
\n(6) water bottles, a custom license plate, a rack on the rear to hold a cooler and a cooler). The
\nSponsor will determine all features of the golf cart including but not limited to color of exterior and
\ninterior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and
\npaid for by winner. The winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of
\ninsurance at time of delivery. The winner is responsible for title, sales tax, license, registration,
\ndealer preparation costs, insurance and other fees associated with prize. The winner must take
\ndelivery of prize from the dealership designated by Sponsor. Any transportation costs associated
\nwith collecting the golf cart, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. If the winner
\nfails to comply with the delivery conditions, the prize will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value
\n(\u201cARV\u201d): $16,500.00.
\nOne (1) First Prize: A trip for two (2) to Frisco, TX. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class
\nair transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner\u2019s home (determined by Sponsor in
\nits sole discretion) to Frisco, TX; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by
\nSponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a round of golf (18 holes) for two
\n(2) at Fields Ranch in Frisco, TX; two (2) Subway Meals delivered each day (one meal for each
\nperson); and $750.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). ARV: $7,000.00.
\nThree (3) Second Prizes: Subway\u00ae for a Year awarded as seven (7) $500 Subway\u00ae gift cards
\nand one (1) $150 Subway\u00ae gift card. Each gift card will be fulfilled via the winner\u2019s mailing
\naddress (P.O. Boxes are not permitted). This was calculated as $10 per day for 365 days. Terms
\nand conditions of gift cards apply. ARV: $3,650.00 each.
\nTen (10) Third Prizes (One (1) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): A $3,000 check. ARV:
\n$3,000.00 each.
\nFifty (50) Fourth Prizes (Five (5) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): Each Fourth Prize
