During the Contest Period, Participants must email\u00a0fellow@wyndham.com<\/a>\u00a0with:<\/span><\/p>\n

i.\u00a0Short Video via Email:<\/b>\u00a0The video must showcase the Participant\u2019s love of golf and demonstrate why they are the right person for the job. Video may be submitted as either a) an email attachment (recommended format is MP4 and under 20MB in size), b) a publicly accessible link via DropBox, BOX, OneDrive or similar service, or c) a link to a publicly accessible post on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X or similar social media platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0OR<\/p>\n

ii.\u00a0Short Essay via Email:<\/b>\u00a0During the Contest Period, Participants may send a short essay via email to\u00a0fellow@wyndham.com<\/a>. The submission must showcase the Participant\u2019s love of golf and demonstrate why they are the right person for the job. The short essay must be a minimum of 50 words. Participant should include an original photo of themselves, or something that showcases their love of golf. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

b. Participant\u2019s email submission must also include: Full name, Places of residency in the U.S., phone number and email address.<\/span>
\n7. AWARD PACKAGE DETAILS: Award Package consists of the following:<\/p>\n

a. Ten thousand dollars ($10,000 USD) paid in consideration for the completion of all obligations set forth in the Independent Contract Agreement and compliance with these Official Rules.<\/p>\n

b. to Wyndham Championship, inclusive of access to Hospitality Suite(s) throughout the tournament (approximate retail value of $1,600 USD).<\/p>\n

c. Paid airfare for Participant to Greensboro, North Carolina from home destination in the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or Guam; and hotel accommodations for up to 5 nights at Wyndham Grand Grandover (one room per night, double occupancy per night), paid for by the Contest Administrator (the \u201cContest Travel\u201d) (the \u201cContest Travel\u201d) (approximate retail value of Contest Travel: $2,650 USD).<\/p>\n

d. \u2013 Consisting of $500 for the contest winner and $500 for one guest \u2013 for on-the-ground expenses, including meals and ground transportation, paid prior to the trip in the form of a pre-paid gift card(s) in consideration for all travel related expenses, excluding lodging and airfare, to fulfill the winning Participant\u2019s obligations (the \u201cTravel Stipend\u201d).<\/p>\n

e. Five hundred dollars ($500.00 USD) to purchase official tournament gear, including uniform, at a store designated by Contest Administrator, paid prior to the trip in the form of a pre-paid gift card (the \u201cWardrobe Stipend\u201d).<\/p>\n

f. Wyndham Rewards Diamond level status upgrade for one year.<\/p>\n

g. Total award package has an approximate retail value (\u201cARV\u201d) of $15,750 USD. Any difference between actual retail value and ARV will not be awarded to winning Participant.<\/p>\n

g. Award 7a exclusive of Contest Travel, Travel Stipend and Wardrobe Stipend will be made in the form of ACH or check payable to the winner. First payment installment of five thousand dollars ($5,000 USD) will be remitted prior to the start of the winner\u2019s trip. The remaining balance ($5,000 USD) will be remitted upon completion of services.
