\nFive (5) First Place winners will receive an Oakley TEAM USA Prize Pack consisting of an Oakley Gift Card for a Shopping Spree at an Oakley Store (ARV $500), a Team USA Prize Pack (ARV $150), and Oakley TEAM USA Eyewear (ARV $100). Total all First Place Prize packages ARV: $3,750.<\/p>\n

Two (2) Grand Prize winners will each receive a trip for two (2) people to the London 2012 Olympic Games to cheer on Team USA, consisting of:
\n– round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major metropolitan airport closest to the winner\u2019s home (as determined by the Sponsor) to London (Heathrow Airport), England (ARV $2,000\/per person);
\n– an Olympic Package consisting of a three (3) night accommodations at a London hotel (based on double occupancy) and Olympic event tickets including swimming and basketball events (ARV $8,283\/per person);
\n– dinner for two (2) at the Oakley Athlete Safe House (ARV: $100\/per person);
\n– two (2) Team USA House prize packages (ARV $150\/per person);
\n– two (2) Oakley Gift Cards for a shopping Spree at an Oakley Store (ARV $500\/per person),
\n– two (2) TEAM USA Prize Packages (ARV $500\/per person),
\n– two (2) Oakley TEAM USA eyewear (ARV $100\/per person).<\/p>\n

Grand Prize winner and traveling companions must travel on the same itinerary and traveling companions must be 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence. The dates of travel will occur between 7\/28\/2012 and 8\/1\/2012 or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. No other dates will be accommodated. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor\u2019s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes (other than hotel room taxes) or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Potential winner and traveling companions must execute liability\/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
