\nPrize: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) to the Tournament of Roses, which includes the following components (the \u201cPrize\u201d):
\nround-trip economy air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles International Airport from the major United States or Canadian commercial airport closest to the Winner\u2019s permanent residence (such airport determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), provided, however, that if the Winner lives within two hundred (200) miles of Los Angeles the Winner may, at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion, instead be provided with ground transportation;
\nroom accommodations in one (1) standard room for four (4) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
\nfour (4)-day rental of a car selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
\ntwo (2) tickets to the Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA on January 2, 2023;
\ntwo (2) tickets to the Rose Bowl Game in Pasadena, CA on January 2, 2023; and
\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500 USD) spending money.
