In the event Prizewinner is two hundred (200) miles or less from Los Angeles, CA, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide a stipend in lieu of air travel and\/or provide One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) which may be awarded as cash, cash equivalent, or gift card to such Prizewinner.

\nAt the time of Prize verification, the potential National Grand Prizewinner will be provided with the option to select either the gift card or trip.
