Bean will help you make more outdoor moments possible (the \u201cSubmission\u201d) in order to receive one (1) Contest entry into the applicable Monthly Entry Period. You may also upload a video or photo to accompany your Submission but only the essay portion will be judged for purposes of this Contest. By uploading your Submission, you agree that it conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the \u201cGuidelines and Restrictions\u201d) and that Sponsor, may disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Submission Guidelines:
\n\u00a0The Submission must be in text format;
\n\u00a0The Submission must be no longer than 6,000 characters in length;
\n\u00a0The Submission must be in English; and
\n\u00a0The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Content Restrictions:
\n\u00a0The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another\u2019s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
\n\u00a0The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;
\n\u00a0The Submission must not feature brand names or trademarks other than Sponsor\u2019s mark, which entrant has a limited license to use to incorporate into his\/her Submission for this Contest;
\n\u00a0The Submission must not contain text not created by entrant;
\n\u00a0The Submission must not contain text that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
\n\u00a0The Submission must not contain text that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
\n\u00a0The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Limit: Each entrant may enter the Contest up to twelve (12) times \u2013 one (1) time per Monthly Entry Period \u2013 during the Contest Period.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Winner Determination: After the conclusion of each Monthly Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the potential winners (1 for each day during the Monthly Entry Period) from among all eligible Submissions received, based on an application of the following criteria (\u201cJudging Criteria\u201d):
\n\u00a0Creativity (33.34%);
\n\u00a0Expressed need for product\/classes (33.33%); and
\n\u00a0Reflection of the outdoor spirit of L.L.Bean and goal of inspiring the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts (33.33%)
\n\u00a0In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Submission received the higher score in the creativity criteria, as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the potential winner. Non-winning Submissions from each Monthly Entry Period will not be eligible for subsequent Monthly Entry Periods. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than the stated number of winners, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Prizes: THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX (366) PRIZES: A prize package consisting of L.L.Bean products determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (based on content of winner\u2019s Submission). Maximum retail value: $500 USD. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion.
