Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-night vacation at a house in Truckee, Tahoe County, CA from Friday March 2, 2012 through Wednesday March 7, 2012. The Property accommodates up to ten people who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the Arrival Date. Prize includes $1,000 cash gift cards towards the costs of airline tickets, food, entertainment, auto lease, ski passes and other incidentals. Prizewinner is required to schedule his and guest’s own airline reservations, and transportation between Property and airport. Accommodations are subject to capacity controls and other restrictions as defined in the Property rental agreement (“Rental Agreement” or “Agreement”) for the Property. The Rental Agreement will be between Prizewinner and the Pullen Rental Group (“Rental Agency”). The Prizewinner is required to personally sign and enter into the Rental Agreement, with the prizewinner being responsible for strictly adhering to the terms of the Rental Agreement. The prizewinner may be required to provide a credit card prior to, or at time of check-in. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by transportation carrier(s) of choice. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged by the Sponsor. The Prize awarded consisting of products\/services for Prizewinner and guests of up to nine (9) people require that you and your companion(s) redeem the prize together.<\/p>\n

\u00a0All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are not included as part of any prize package, and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to: air carrier or auto lease taxes, additional ground transportation not specified, airline travel insurance, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, gratuities and service charges, site-seeing excursions and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules. All transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the prizewinner, and any changes made will be at the expense of the winner. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to satisfy the entry requirements of the United States as necessary. Winner and companion(s) are also responsible for obtaining airline travel insurance, and all other forms of insurance at the winner’s option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide any other types of insurance other than “Security Deposit Protector Insurance” covering any accidental damage of up to $1,500. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the supplier of accommodations, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize elements, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation\/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Travel companion(s) of winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the Arrival Date. Once a travel companion is selected, he\/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All travel companions must execute liability\/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel prize and documents. All occupant names and approximate ages are required by no later than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. No other guests or persons are permitted. If at a time before travel has commenced, the winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Trip Prize package due to illness, Sponsor shall be relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (b) at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, may award certain prize components, if available. The prizewinner must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and winner at Sponsor’s expense.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The Prize package is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, other than as provided in cash gift cards. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. Prize details and availability are subject to change, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the prize winner with the prize won, the Sponsor may elect, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, to provide winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. The stated ARV of the prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor at the time these Official Rules were drafted (and any difference in ARV at the time of awarding will not be awarded) and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. The Sponsor and its agents are not in any way responsible or liable for damages resulting from shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. All decisions by Sponsor as to prizewinner and prize are final. The vacation prize must be completed during the period, beginning March 2, 2012 through Wednesday 11:00 AM March 7, 2012, or prize will be forfeited.
