\na) There will be four (4) Cat prepaid electronic credit certificates available to be won by eligible Entrants that successfully enter the Promotion. <\/p>\n

b) Subject to the terms below, the winner will be granted Ten Thousand Dollars and 00\/100 US Dollars (US $10,000.00) (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPrize\u201d) in the form of a Cat prepaid electronic credit certificate. The Cat Prepaid Credit can be used for the purchase of parts, service, sales, rentals, work tools, or merchandise at any Cat dealer or Cat Rental Store in the country of issuance. Cat Prepaid Credits are not redeemable for cash and have an expiration date. They may not be used towards the following: payment of your Cat Card account, payment toward a dealer house account, or a new machine purchase. You may check the balance of your Cat Prepaid Credits three different ways: 1) It is on the receipt after a purchase has been made, 2) by contacting your Cat dealer directly or 3) contacting Cat Prepaid Credit at 1-877-373-9567 or CatPrepaidCredit@cat.com<\/p>\n
