\nGRAND PRIZE DRAWING\/GRAND PRIZE\/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (\u201cARV\u201d): On or about one (1) business day after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, the Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a random prize drawing (the \u201cPrize Drawing\u201d), from among all eligible Entries received, in order to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (as defined below). Potential Grand Prize Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
