Prizes:
\nGrand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive (a) passes for two (2) individuals to be present at the Mike Holmes Magazine launch party on Monday, November 22, 2010, in New York, New York (the “Launch Party”), (b) two (2) roundtrip airline tickets to and from New York, New York for the Launch Party, (c) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in or around New York, New York at a location determined by the Sponsor in conjunction with the timing of the Launch Party, and (d) a gift certificate redeemable for $1,000.00 in free flooring products from Lumber Liquidators. The approximate value of the Grand Prize is $3,000. The Grand Prize is contingent upon the Launch Party being held; the Sponsor, Mike Holmes and Dauphin Media and their affiliates are under no duty to hold the Launch Party in the future. The prize includes the foregoing only and any other costs, expenses or taxes associated with attendance will be the responsibility of the winner.<\/p>\n

Second Prize. One (1) Second Prize winner will receive a gift certificate redeemable for $500.00 in free flooring products from Lumber Liquidators.<\/p>\n

Third Prizes. Twenty (20) Third Prize winners will each receive a one (1) year subscription to Mike Holmes Magazine (the “Magazine”).
