GRAND PRIZE (1): Winner will receive a Harlem Globetrotters backyard party which includes a two (2) hour event with player performances, Globie (mascot) appearance, and food and beverages for winner and up to twenty four (24) guests. Winner will also receive a prize package that includes one (1) customized Harlem Globetrotters jersey, one (1) basketball, one (1) wristband, and one (1) headband. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize package: $17,000. Exact date and time of backyard party to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Date of backyard party subject to change. Failure of winner to accept the date, time, and location of party will result in forfeiture of award. Sponsor reserves the right to host backyard party at a location other than winner’s residence for any reason. In the event the Harlem Globetrotters and\/or Globie is unable to attend the backyard party, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize will be provided and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.<\/p>\n

GRAND PRIZE FOOTAGE: Grand Prize winner and his\/her guests at backyard party may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor during the backyard party (collectively, “Footage”). Footage will be owned by Sponsor who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, on social media and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that his\/her name and likeness and those of any other individuals present may be included in the Footage, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner agrees to help Sponsor retain necessary releases (as applicable) if requested by Sponsor to do so.<\/p>\n

FIRST PRIZES (50): Each winner will receive an autographed Harlem Globetrotters retro jersey. ARV of each First Prize: $60. Exact color, style, and individual(s) to sign autographed retro jersey to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.<\/p>\n

SECOND PRIZES (10): Each winner will receive donuts for a year, awarded in the form of fifty two (52) coupons, each redeemable for a package of Entenmann’s\u00ae donuts up to $7 in value. ARV of each Second Prize: $364. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
