Best rated \u201cB\u201d or better Legal Reserve Life Insurance Company of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) over forty (40) years; or (c) the purchase of any other investment grade funding vehicle or financial instrument.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approximate Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d) of the Grand Prize: Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500).<\/p>\n<p>In addition, in the event the Prizewinner correctly selects the winning envelope, Prizewinner will win One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). PAID OUT IN A 40-YEAR ANNUITY (current annuity value approximately $580,000, the value of the annuity subject to market rates at the time of distribution). Payment of the $1,000,000, if awarded, will be paid by Everest National Insurance Company.
