\nONE (1) PRIZE: Winner will receive a choice of only one (1) of the following three (3) options:<\/p>\n

Disney Cruise Line<\/u>: Winner will receive a Disney Cruise Line\u00ae Bahamian package for Winner and up to three (3) guests (together with the Winner, the \u201cGroup\u201d), consisting of five (5) days\/four (4) nights on the Disney Dream (\u201cShip\u201d) (\u201cTrip 1\u201d). Trip 1 consists of the following elements for the Group:
\n[a] one (1) stateroom (quad occupancy) aboard Ship;
\n[b] all onboard meals (with the exception of Palo and Remy Fine Dining);
\n[c] pre- paid gratuities, government taxes, fees and Port expenses
\n[d] if Winner\u2019s residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from Port Canaveral, Florida, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner\u2019s residence and Orlando International Airport (or other airport at Sponsor\u2019s discretion), but if Winner\u2019s residence is located two hundred (200) miles or less from Port, round-trip ground transportation will not be provided, however, Port parking for one (1) personal vehicle is covered; there is no compensation for mileage driven or reimbursement for fuel or a rented vehicle, and
\n[e] airport\/Port transfers if air transportation is provided.
\n\u2022 If this Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of US$547.42, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his\/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this Prize.
\nARV of Trip 1 (if Winner is a resident of California): US$7,820.28 or US$8,367.70 (if Winner is not a resident of California), which will vary depending upon Airport of Origin and seasonal fluctuation of cruise rates and airfares. Winner must provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure, and Group must complete travel before April 21, 2017, or the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Winner. Block out dates apply, as follows: Disney Dream: June 13, 2016- August 1, 2016; December 26-30, 2016; April 10-17, 2017, and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor.<\/p>\n

Adventures by Disney<\/u>: Winner will receive a five (5) day \/ four (4) night trip to New York City for Group (\u201cTrip 2\u201d). Trip 2 consists of the following elements for the Group:
\n[a] four (4) nights at a hotel chosen by Sponsor in City (one standard room\/quad occupancy);
\n[b] if Winner\u2019s residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from City, round- trip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) for the Group on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Airport of Origin and NYC airport of Sponsor\u2019s choosing; but if Winner\u2019s residence is located two hundred (200) miles or less from City, then air transportation or any other form of transportation will not be provided to the Group;
\n[c] participation in a guided group travel experience (the \u201cGroup Travel Experience\u201d);
\n[d] services of two (2) Adventure Guides for the Group Travel Experience;
\n[e] transportation within Trip 2;
\n[f] services of local experts;
\n[g] on-tour luggage handling; [h] gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff;
\n[i] scheduled meals;
\n[j] entertainment and activities (as determined by Sponsor), and
\n[k] travel taxes associated with Trip 2.
\n\u2022 If this Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of US$881.72, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his\/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this Prize.
\nThe Group Travel Experience is not a private tour and may be attended by up to forty (40) other travelers.
\nARV of Trip 2 (if Winner is a resident of California): US$12,596.00 or US$13,477.72 (if Winner is not a resident of California), which will vary depending upon Airport of Origin and seasonal fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares. Winner must provide a minimum of sixty (60) days advance notice of desired departure, and complete travel before April 21, 2017, or Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Winner.<\/p>\n

Aulani Vacation<\/u>: Winner will receive a five (5) day \/ four (4) night trip for Group to Honolulu, HI (\u201cTrip 3\u201d). Trip 3 consists of the following elements:
\n[a] hotel accommodations for the Group at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina Hawai’i (one (1) standard room\/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) consecutive nights;
\n[b] if Winner\u2019s residence is located other than on the Island of Oahu, round-trip coach air transportation for the Group on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Airport of Origin and an airport in Hawaii (each as determined solely by Sponsor, with possible layovers);
\n[c] if air transport is provided, airport\/hotel transfers for the Group, and
\n[d] one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $350 for the Winner only.
\n\u2022 If this Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of US$394.31, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his\/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this Prize.
\nARV of Trip 3 (if Winner is a resident of California): US$5,633.00 or US$6,027.31 (if Winner is not a resident of California), which will vary depending upon Airport of Origin and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Winner must provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure, and Group must complete travel by April 21, 2017, except for the block out dates as follows: February 7-20, 2016; March 6 \u2013April 2; June 19 \u2013 August 29; November 18-22; December 20, 2016 \u2013 January 2, 2017; February 12-25; March 12-31, and April 1-16, 2017.
