HOW TO PARTICIPATE:<\/p>\n

Step 1: Design a digital egg using the online egg-creator tool. For each egg that you create and post to the online gallery, you will receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Weekly Drawing (based on the day in which you submitted your egg design) for a chance to win a Weekly Prize and an opportunity to play the Instant-Win Game. Limit five (5) egg design submissions and five (5) entries into the corresponding Weekly Drawing per person\/email address per day.
\nStep 2: Play the Instant-Win Game by “cracking your egg”. To play the Instant-Win Game, a “Bag Code” and “UPC Code” are required.<\/p>\n

To obtain a Bag Code and UPC Code, purchase any CHEETOS\u00ae product during the Promotion Period. The Bag Code is the 9-12 digit product code below the “Guaranteed Fresh” statement on the front of the CHEETOS\u00ae brand product package the UPC Code is the number located below the bar code on the back of the CHEETOS\u00ae brand product package. See www.cheetos.com for a complete list of CHEETOS\u00ae products and information about how to locate the Bag Code and UPC Code on CHEETOS\u00ae packages.<\/p>\n

For a free Bag Code and UPC Code, call toll free 1-866-712-2398<\/b>, during the Promotion Period, and follow the automated instructions. For each completed call, you will receive one (1) free Bag Code and one (1) free UPC Code. Limit ten (10) free Bag Codes and ten (10) free UPC Codes per person\/day.
\nLimit ten (10) Plays per person\/email address per day for the Instant-Win Game. Limit thirty (30) bonus entries into the corresponding Weekly Drawing per person\/email address per day for the Instant-Win Game.<\/p>\n

Weekly Prizes (6; 1 per Week): $1,000, awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000 each.<\/p>\n
