\nGo online to the BERNINA USA Facebook page, located at www.facebook.com\/berninausa page during the Contest Period and post a picture of your quilt with a furry friend along with the promotional hashtags #Bernina4FurryFriends and #Contest. Click on the FB Notification icon and\/or check your Facebook email account to click the link for the promotional microsite and complete the online entry form.<\/p>\n

Limit one (1) entry per person.<\/p>\n

Photo must be in JPEG or PNG file format and must be 2 Mb or less. Photos should depict the entrant’s completed Entry and only the complete Entry. An entrant may only submit a Photo that he\/she has taken. Photos may not include people, may not display any third-party trademarks, names, or third-party logos, and may not depict any copyrighted works owned by third parties.<\/p>\n

WINNER SELECTION:
\nVoting: The Entries will be featured on the Contest Application for the public to vote for their favorite. Photos will be posted to the Contest Application starting on March 1, 2016 at 9:00:00am CT through March 15, 2016 at 11:59:59 CT. Voters will need to be signed in to their Facebook account to access the Contest Application and vote. Limit one (1) vote per person per day. Voters may not vote with multiple Facebook accounts nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to vote multiple times. The use of automated voting methods, voting exchange websites, voting by proxy or any inducement for votes is strictly prohibited and suspect votes will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants associated with suspect votes in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Votes received from IP addresses outside the United States will be disqualified. The ten (10) Entries that receive the most votes will be declared Finalists.<\/p>\n

Judging: All Finalists will be judged by a qualified panel of judges to determine a winner. Photos will be judged based on the following equally weighted judging criteria:<\/p>\n

Quilt Design (40%)
\nCreativeness of Photo Layout\/Backdrop (30%)
\nCute Factor (30%)
\nEach entry will be assigned a score for each judging criteria. In the event of a tie, the head judge will select a Winner based on the first criteria and so on until the tie is broken.<\/p>\n

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”):
\nOne (1) Grand Prize: 2016 BERNINA 350 Special Edition Best Friend. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,899.00.<\/p>\n

One (1) First Prize: $500 Gift Card to a local BERNINA Store. ARV: $500.<\/p>\n

One (1) Second Prize: $250 Gift Card to a local BERNINA Store. ARV: $250<\/p>\n

One (1) Third Prize: $100 Gift Card to a local BERNINA Store. ARV: $100<\/p>\n
