Winner must furnish valid proof of age (for example, a driver\u2019s license, birth certificate or passport). An Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) must be provided to Avid Marketing Group (\u201cAMG\u201d) before prize can be received.
