\nPRIZES (1 IN TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)\/MANUFACTURER\u2019S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (MSRP): 2015 Focus ST (maximum MSRP $29,605.00) will be equipped with Ford Performance Racing Parts valued at up to $5,000.00 which will be installed by an authorized Ford dealership. The customized Ford Performance Racing Parts are not warranty compliant and include (1) Ford Performance Racing ST1 Power Upgrade Pack, (1) Mountune Intercooler (black with yellow Mountune logo), (1) Mountune Clubsport suspension upgrade, (1) Ford Performance Racing catback exhaust (M-5200-FST), (1) short-throw shifter (M-7210-FST), (1) Mountune Alcantara shift boot and (4) Rotiform NUE wheels powdercoated in black. (ARV with Focus ST and custom parts $34,605.00). If final vehicle and parts are less than $34,605.00, Winner will not receive the difference in cash. Entrants understand and agree Sponsor is not responsible for customization of prize vehicle; and, as such, the only warranties as to the customization of the prize vehicle are those of the Ford Performance Racing parts, not Sponsor. Sponsor expressly disclaims any liability for the workmanship, goods, services or any other aspect of the performance of Ford Performance Racing parts with the understanding that should there be any defect, irregularity or omission as to the customization of the prize vehicle; winner\u2019s sole recourse is against Ford Performance Racing parts. Winner will also receive a trip for two people to visit the ST Octane Academy at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah with drifting lessons from Vaughn Gittin Jr. The prize package includes airfare transportation, hotel, daily per diem and miscellaneous travel expenses up to $2,500.00.
