\nU.S. (each such participant, a \u201cTeacher\u201d).<\/p>\n

One (1) Grand Prize: The Elementary School named in the verified Grand Prize winning entry will
\nreceive one (1) $10,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Elementary School,
\nto be used toward digital safety and awareness efforts at the Elementary School.
\nOne (1) Runner-Up Prize: The Elementary School named in the verified Runner-Up Prize winning
\nentry will receive one (1) $5,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Elementary
\nSchool, to be used toward digital safety and awareness efforts at the Elementary School.
\nTen (10) Honorable Mention Prizes: The Elementary Schools named in the ten (10) verified
\nHonorable Mention Prize winning entries will each receive a $1,000 grant awarded in the form of a
\ncheck made payable to the applicable Elementary School, to be used toward digital safety and
\nawareness efforts at the applicable Elementary School.
\nLimit one (1) prize per Elementary School<\/p>\n

One (1) Teachers Only Runner Up Prize: The individual named in the verified Teachers Only Runner
\nUp Prize winning entry will receive one (1) Asus Transformer Book T300LA computer with an ARV
\nof $1,320, and (1) package of McAfee LiveSafeTM service with an ARV of $100.
\nTen (10) Teachers Only Honorable Mention Prizes: The individuals named in the ten (10) verified
\nTeachers Only Honorable Mention Prize winning entries will each receive (1) package of McAfee
\nLiveSafeTM service with an ARV of $100.
\nThe odds of winning a Teachers Only Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received from
