\nPRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (\u201cARVS\u201d): One (1) Grand Prize: a three (3) day \/ two (2) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (\u201cGroup\u201d) to a VIP Football Experience in Phoenix, Arizona (\u201cCity\u201d) (collectively \u201cEvent\u201d) on Sponsor-selected dates tentatively scheduled for February 1, 2015 (\u201cGrand Prize Trip\u201d). The Grand Prize Trip consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] hotel accommodations (one standard quad occupancy room, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [b] tickets to VIP Events; [c] hotel\/Event transfers in Phoenix; [d] if winner\u2019s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner\u2019s residence (\u201cairport of origin\u201d) and City; or if winner\u2019s residence is located less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners\u2019 residence and the hotel in Phoenix; [e] airport\/hotel transfers if applicable; ARV: $14,000.<\/p>\n

Two (2) First Prizes: One First Prize Winner will win a trip to San Francisco, CA for an opportunity to have lunch\/dinner with Jerry Rice (ARV: $2,500.00 each); One First Prize Winner will win a trip to Dallas, TX for an opportunity to have lunch\/dinner with Emit Smith ($2,500.00). Sponsor will decide which First Prize winner will receive which First Prize Trip.
