no more than 3 MB each) taken by Entrant in 2014 that features Entrant\u2019s home garden together with an essay of 250 characters or less describing why Entrant is a super gardener\/America\u2019s best gardener; or (2) to nominate someone else, by submitting one photo (JPEG; no more than 3 MB each) taken by Entrant or the nominee in 2014 that features the nominee\u2019s home garden together with an essay of 250 characters or less describing why the nominee is a super gardener\/America\u2019s best gardener.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ENTRY JUDGING<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After the end of the Contest Period, all eligible Entries received will be reviewed and judged by an independent panel of judges (the \u201cJudges\u201d), under the supervision of Reviewing Organization, based upon the following criteria (\u201cJudging Criteria\u201d):<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o Creativity (15%)<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o Relevance to Theme (35%)<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o Quality of Submission (50%)<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On or about November 10, 2014, each finalist\u2019s Entry will be reviewed and judged by Ali Larter (\u201cCelebrity Judge\u201d), based upon the following criteria (\u201cGrand Prize Judging Criteria\u201d):<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o Relevance to Theme (50%)<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">o Quality of Submission (50%)<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PRIZES \/ APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (\u201cARV\u201d) AND ODDS OF WINNING<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00b7 One (1) Grand Prize: a $5,000.00 cash prize; a $5,000.00 donation to a local community garden selected by Sponsor in conjunction with the Grand Prize winner; a gardening kit (ARV: $100.00); and one (1) year\u2019s supply of DOLE\u00ae Garden Soup (flavor selection to be determined by Sponsor) (54 units;
