\nwrite an essay of two hundred (200) words or less that explains why your neighborhood school needs a new playground. Then, visit\u00a0www.EatWellPlayHappy.com\u00a0and follow the directions to click the Contest button, complete the provided entry form, upload your essay and submit.<\/p>\n

Limit one (1) Contest Entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Promotion Period.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: Entry must (i) be entrant\u2019s own original work, (ii) cannot be previously published or submitted in connection with any other promotion, (iii) be in keeping with the Sponsor\u2019s image and (iv) not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person\u2019s personal or property rights or any other third party rights. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, is offensive or inappropriate, not in keeping with Sponsor\u2019s image or that is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.<\/p>\n

JUDGING OF CONTEST ENTRIES: All eligible Contest Entries received by Sponsor will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the following judging criteria: compelling back story (30%), ability of Contest Entry to portray need for new playground (30%) display of support for their school (40%). The one (1) Contest Entry with the highest score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, an additional, \u201ctie-breaking\u201d judge will determine the Grand Prize winner based on the criteria listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the Grand Prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Contest Entries.<\/p>\n

CONTEST GRAND PRIZE (1): A new playground for Grand Prize winner\u2019s residence, awarded in the form of a $3,000 check, and a new playground (including installation) at the school specified by Grand Prize winner in his\/her entry. Approximate Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d) of new school playground (including installation): $50,000. Total ARV of Contest Grand Prize: $53,000.
\nSWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWINGS: Six (6) potential winners for each Entry Period will be selected in random drawings held on or about the dates specified in the chart from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for each Entry Period. Non-winning entries from one Entry Period drawing will not carry over to subsequent Entry Period drawings.<\/p>\n

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Six (6) Sweepstakes prizes will be awarded for each Entry Period (for a total of forty eight (48) Sweepstakes prizes awarded throughout the Promotion Period). The Sweepstakes prizes available to be awarded and the approximate retail value (\u201cARV\u201d) of each are as follows:
\n\u2022 A unisex youth bicycle and helmet (six (6) available). ARV: $245 each set.
\n\u2022 A set of four (4) annual pass tickets to a children\u2019s museum nearest winner\u2019s residence (two (2) available). ARV: $243 each set. Exact children\u2019s museum to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
\n\u2022 Passes to an amusement park nearest winner\u2019s residence for a family of four (4) (two (2) sets available). ARV: $227 each set. Exact amusement park to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
\n\u2022 Admission to a trampoline park or bounce facility nearest winner\u2019s residence for winner\u2019s child and up to five (5) of his\/her friends (two (2) available). ARV: $222 each set. Exact venue to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
\n\u2022 Passes to a zoo nearest winner\u2019s residence for a family of four (4) (two (2) sets available). ARV: $185 each set.
\n\u2022 Bowling for winner and up to three (3) guests, awarded in the form of a $100 gift card (four (4) available). ARV $100.
\n\u2022 A youth golf club set (four (4) available). ARV: $110 each.
\n\u2022 A unisex scooter and helmet (six (6) available). ARV: $105 each.
\n\u2022 A set of four (4) annual pass tickets to the US National Park Service (two (2) available). ARV: $94 each set.
\n\u2022 A youth tennis set (six (6) available). ARV: $75 each.
