Event dates<br \/>\nare non-negotiable. If Grand Prize Winner together with Guest cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all<br \/>\nrights to the prize. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to utilize, accept, or facilitate the acceptance<br \/>\nof a prize. The trip shall consist of: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major<br \/>\nU.S. gateway airport of Sponsor\u2019s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner\u2019s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to a major U.S.<br \/>\ngateway airport of Sponsor\u2019s choice in or around Nashville, TN, at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground<br \/>\ntransportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event; (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor\u2019s choice,<br \/>\nin or around Nashville, TN for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips<br \/>\nand other incidentals and costs are not included); (c) two hundred dollar ($200.00) allowance for ground transportation; (d) an opportunity for Grand<br \/>\nPrize Winner and Guest to have dinner with the Party Down South Cast Member of Grand Prize Winner\u2019s choice (subject to the availability of Cast<br \/>\nMember \u2013 restrictions and limitations may apply); (e) two (2) Party Down South shirts; and (f) two (2) Party Down South cup necklaces<br \/>\n(collectively, the \u201cGrand Prize\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Secondary Prizes: Each Second Place Prize Winner shall receive the following: (a) one (1) Skype video call with the Party Down South<br \/>\nCast Member of Second Place Prize Winner\u2019s choice (subject to the availability of Cast Member \u2013 restrictions and limitation may apply); (b) one (1)<br \/>\nParty Down South shirt; and (c) one (1) Party Down South cup necklace (collectively the \u201cSecond Place Prize\u201d, and together with the Grand Prize,<br \/>\ncollectively referred to herein as the \u201cPrize(s)\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,490.00, and the ARV of each Second Place Prize is $20.00.
