PRIZES:<\/p>\n

There will be thirty-three (33) Runner-Up Prizes awarded to Runner-Up Winners. Each Runner-Up Winner will receive one (1) Runner-Up Prize. Runner-Up Prize will consist of the one (1) of the following SUITS-themed items (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): a tote bag, a notebook, a \u201cGet Litt Up\u201d pen, a pair of sunglasses, or a SUITS Season 2 DVD. Prize will be awarded \u201cas is\u201d with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Estimated Retail Value (\u201cERV\u201d) of Runner-Up Prize is seven-five dollars and forty-eight cents dollars ($75.48). ERV of all Runner-Up Prizes is two thousand four hundred and ninety dollars and eighty-four cents ($2,490.84).<\/p>\n

There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (\u201cGuest\u201d) to the New York City, New York, area. Trip will include:
\n– round-trip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner\u2019s home in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (to be determined by Sponsor and\/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion) to an airport in or near New York City, New York;
\n– standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel in or near New York City, New York, as determined by the Sponsors and\/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion;
\n– round-trip ground transportation to and from NY Airport and Hotel;
\n– daily breakfast for Winner and Guest at the Hotel;
\n– an opportunity to participate in a SUITS-themed event in the New York City area to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion;
\n– one (1) dinner (not to exceed $250) at a restaurant in or near New York City, New York, as determined by Sponsors and\/or Administering Agency in their sole discretion; and
\n– a cash award to be disclosed during the Event (for Grand Prize Winner only).<\/p>\n

ERV of the Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000). All details of the Grand Prize will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner must be able to travel November 3, 2014, through June 1, 2015, (or on such other dates designated by Sponsors). The Trip awarded to the Grand Prize Winner must be taken within dates provided by the Sponsors or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Sponsors have the right in their sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize Winner\u2019s place of residence.<\/p>\n
