Any contestant who failed to complete the Total Cumulative Points \u2018tie-break\u2019 will be assigned a point total of 0 cumulative points for the Championship Game.<\/p>\n<p>Save Picks: Contestants are required to click the \u2018Save Picks\u2019 button on the contest website to save their bracket selections, cumulative score or updates.<\/p>\n<p>Scoring \u2013 Bracket Points: Each eligible contestant who has successfully completed the on-line registration and bracket as required by these Official Rules will receive the following points for each of the (63) games for which they have correctly determined the winning team:<\/p>\n<p>1 point for each correct pick in Round 1<br \/>\n2 points for each correct pick in Round 2<br \/>\n4 points for each correct pick in Round 3<br \/>\n8 points for each correct pick in Round 4<br \/>\n16 points for each correct pick in Round 5<br \/>\n32 points for the correct Champion<\/p>\n<p>Any incorrect entries will receive 0 points. The maximum point total for correctly determining the winning team in every game played during the Designated Tournament is 192 points. At the completion of the designated tournament, each eligible contestant bracket entry received will be compared to the actual bracket outcome.<\/p>\n<p>Prize Awards: The following prize awards will be available to eligible contestants participating in the Contest:<\/p>\n<p>Grand Prize \u2013 Determine all (63) Games Correctly (\u201cPerfect Bracket\u201d): If any eligible contestant correctly determines the winners of all sixty-three (63) games in the Designated Tournament, they will win the Grand Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Grand Prize is: $1,000,000 paid out as a 20 year annuity with equal payments of $50,000. The first $50,000 will be paid within fourteen (14) days to the verified winner, with each subsequent payment paid on the yearly anniversary of the first payment date.<\/p>\n<p>A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. In order for the Grand Prize to be awarded, an eligible contestant must correctly determine the winners of all sixty-three (63) games in the Designated Tournament. If no eligible contestant correctly determines all 63 games, then the Grand Prize will not be awarded.<\/p>\n<p>Bonus Prize \u2013 Determine (60) or more Games Correctly: If any eligible contestant (other than the Grand Prize winner) correctly determines the winners of sixty (60) or more games in the Designated Tournament, the contestant who correctly determines the most winners will win the Bonus Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Bonus Prize is: $25,000 Cash, payable in lump sum to the winner. The Grand Prize winner, if any, is not eligible to receive the Bonus Prize.<\/p>\n<p>A maximum of one (1) Bonus Prize will be awarded. In order for the Bonus Prize to be awarded, an eligible contestant must correctly determine the winners of sixty (60) or more games in the Designated Tournament. If no eligible contestant correctly determines 60 or more games, then the Bonus Prize will not be awarded.<\/p>\n<p>Runner-Up Prizes \u2013 Most Points (\u201cBracket Winner &amp; 9 Runner Ups\u201d): The (10) eligible contestants (other than the Grand Prize winner or Bonus Prize winner, if any) who score the most points in the bracket challenge will win the Runner-Up Prizes subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Runner-Up Prizes are:<br \/>\n\u00b7 First Place: $5,000 Cash<br \/>\n\u00b7 Second Place: $2,500 Cash<br \/>\n\u00b7 Third Place: $1,500 Cash<br \/>\n\u00b7 Fourth Place: an iMac 21.5in with a maximum retail value of $1,299.00<br \/>\n\u00b7 Fifth Place: 60\u201d TV with a maximum retail value of $950.00<br \/>\n\u00b7 Sixth Place: Surface Pro 2 with a maximum retail value of $899.99<br \/>\n\u00b7 Seventh Place: xBox One with a maximum retail value of $499.99<br \/>\n\u00b7 Eighth Place: Rebel Camera with a maximum retail value of $449.99<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ninth Place: PlayStation 4 with a maximum retail value of $399.99<br \/>\n\u00b7 Tenth Place: WiiU with a maximum retail value of $299.99<\/p>\n<p>A maximum of ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded.<\/p>\n<p>he Registration Bonus Prize is: a trip for (2) to Dallas, TX for the Final Men\u2019s College Championship Basketball Game. The Registration Bonus Prize has a maximum value of $4,200.00 and includes:<br \/>\nRound trip coach class airfare for (2) to Dallas, TX, with travel dates 4\/5\/14 \u2013 4\/8\/14.
