The Entrant<br \/>\nmust upload the Video. A Video or an Essay are each hereby collectively referred to as<br \/>\na \u201cSubmission.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CONTEST WINNER SELECTION: During the Judging Phase, an independent panel of<br \/>\nJudges (the \u201cJudges\u201d) will review all Submissions received during Promotion Period.<br \/>\nThe Judges will judge each eligible Submission according to the following criteria: (1)<br \/>\nOriginality and Creativity &#8211; 40%; (2) Adherence to Creative Assignment &#8211; 30%; and (3)<br \/>\nOverall Appeal &#8211; 30%.<\/p>\n<p>PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (\u201cARV\u201d):<\/p>\n<p>A. Contest Grand Prize (1): The Contest Grand Prize winner will spend four (4)<br \/>\ndays\/three (3) nights Los Angeles, California, arriving April 11, 2014 and leaving<br \/>\non April 14, 2014 (the \u201cTrip\u201d). Trip includes roundtrip coach class airfare for up to<br \/>\ntwo (2) people (Contest Grand Prize winner and a guest) between the major<br \/>\ncommercial airport closest to Contest Grand Prize winner\u2019s residence (as<br \/>\ndetermined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport in the Los Angeles<br \/>\narea as selected by the Sponsor; four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel<br \/>\naccommodations at a hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single<br \/>\nroom, double occupancy); a town car ride between the hotel and the airport; and<br \/>\nThree Hundred Dollars ($300) in the form of a check made payable to the Grand<br \/>\nPrize Winner for Trip expenses. If the Contest Grand Prize winner lives within<br \/>\ntwo hundred fifty (250) miles of the Los Angele area, the Sponsor will provide the<br \/>\nGrand Prize winner with Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for travel expenses<br \/>\nin lieu of airfare and the Sponsor will not be responsible for any travel expenses.<br \/>\nARV of the Contest Grand Prize is $3,500<\/p>\n<p>B. Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will<br \/>\nreceive a tablet computer. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $699.<\/p>\n<p>C. Sweepstakes Second Prize (5): Five (5) Sweepstakes Second Prize winners<br \/>\nwill each receive a digital media player. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Second<br \/>\nPrize is $100. The Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Second Prizes is $500.<\/p>\n<p>D. Sweepstakes Third Prize (20): Twenty (20) Sweepstakes Third Prize winners<br \/>\nwill each receive a Blu-ray with wi-fi. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Third Prize<br \/>\nis $80. The Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Third Prizes is $1,600.<\/p>\n<p>E. Sweepstakes Fourth Prize (40): Forty (40) Sweepstakes Fourth Prize winners<br \/>\nwill each receive a $25 gift card. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Fourth Prize is<br \/>\n$25. The Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Fourth Prizes is $1,000.<\/p>\n<p>F. Sweepstakes Fifth Prize (750): Seven Hundred Fifty (750) Sweepstakes Fifth<br \/>\nPrize winners will each receive FlavorSplash\u00ae<br \/>\ncoupons. The ARV of each<br \/>\nSweepstakes Fifth Prize is $1.49.
