Prize: (3 winners – 1 per month) Two round-trip tickets on Mexicana Airlines from an available US Gateway to any city in Mexico where Mexicana has a direct flight to. Winners must select from available US Gateways and destinations.* The two (2) round-trip tickets are for the winner and one person of his or her choice. (ARV $2250)

Offer valid for travel from 01/15/10 to 5/15/10. Sponsor will be responsible for making all air reservations which are subject to blackout dates, holiday restrictions, and the availability of dates. Each winner is responsible for the following: (1) all US and Mexico government taxes, airport and travel related taxes and surcharges of approximately $199 US Dollars per person for fuel charges; and (2) all necessary travel documentation required for international travel, such as a valid passport, certified birth certificate, valid picture I.D., etc. Other restrictions may apply.

Limit one prize per person. Sponsor reserves the exclusive right to substitute any prize with another one of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting prize, the winner and his/her traveling companions agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. The winner and his/her traveling companions assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness, and those of his/her traveling companions, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner and his/her traveling companions may also be required to make publicity appearances or attend commercial shoots as may be required by Sponsor.

Your prize letter and non-revenue tickets issued thereupon are subject to certain restrictions. They are not negotiable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable to another carrier or travel related company and have no cash value. Tickets are subject to the following Blackout periods: Thanksgiving Holiday (Nov. 21 to Dec. 1st.), Christmas Holiday (Dec. 14 to Jan. 14), Any Holiday weekend, including Mexican Holidays (e.g. Sept. 16).

In some circumstances, non-revenue passengers may be required to surrender their reservation, boarding pass, or seat, to accommodate our revenue clients. Should it be the case, please step aside and cooperate with the Mexicana’s representatives making the request. In order to minimize this possibility, do not make your reservation for highly desirable flights and dates. Your Mexicana reservations agent would be able to advise you if any desired flight is almost sold to capacity or it is already fully booked.

In the event of a flight delay, cancellation, or overbooking, prize non-revenue tickets are not eligible for cash compensation or reroute on another airline. Mexicana will make its best efforts to reroute you on another Mexicana flight.

Mexicana does not permit the sale or resale of non-revenue transportation for cash under any circumstances; such action will automatically render the non-revenue tickets invalid. Mexicana at its sole discretion will seek to recover the value of the ticket as sold or bartered and any damages as entitled by law and equity.
